A Conversation on the Federal Takeover of D.C. Police with Qiana Johnson

Editor's Note: Raj Jayadev spoke to Qiana Johnson this week, our participatory defense family from the D.C. / DMV area. Qiana spoke on the federal takeover of DC's police and the militarization of the city. This order was reversed and control of the police went back to the chief. Regardless Qiana’s highlights 30 year low crime rates, legal empowerment, political education and the importance of organizing especially under the violence of the current administration.
