On June 5th, 2023 the ACLU and the Stanford Law School Criminal Defense Clinic, on behalf of SV De-Bug, filed this demand letter calling on Santa Clara County to change their directive which bars "people with arrest warrants from accessing court except by undergoing incarceration before arraignment."
